With Chauffit, the driver drives your car, not theirs. You travel in your own vehicle, with your own music, your own comfort. There's no surge pricing and no shared pool. It's your car, driven by a professional you booked on demand.
We're not taking live bookings yet. We're building the early access list right now. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 87963 68595 with your name and area in Gurgaon and we'll add you to the list. You'll be among the first we reach out to when we go live, with your founding member benefits already locked in.
Once a driver is assigned, you'll see their profile, photo, and live location in the app. You hand over keys in person when they arrive at your pickup point, just like handing your car to a trusted valet. You stay in control throughout.
Pricing & Payment
One-way and multi-stop rides start at ₹99 base fare plus distance and time charges, a ₹19 booking fee, and 18% GST. Minimum ₹249. Hourly packages start at ₹399 for 2 hours; 4, 6, and 8 hour packages are available in-app. Round trips follow hourly package pricing. You always see the full fare before confirming.
Payment is entirely in-app: UPI, cards, and net banking are all supported. No cash transactions with the driver. The fare estimate shows before confirmation, and the final bill is auto-generated when the ride ends.
Safety & Trust
Yes. Every Chauffit driver goes through license verification on the VAHAN portal, background checks, and an onboarding process before their first booking. Only approved drivers appear on the platform.
Every ride is tracked in real time. You can contact Chauffit support directly through the app at any point during the journey. Our safety layer monitors rides for anomalies, and our team is available to resolve issues quickly.
Your own vehicle insurance remains active throughout the ride. We recommend ensuring your policy covers third-party drivers. Chauffit maintains a platform-level accountability layer for verified incidents reported through the app.
Bookings & Rides
Absolutely. Chauffit supports one-way trips, round trips, multi-stop journeys, and hourly bookings: 2, 4, 6, or 8 hour packages starting from ₹399. Book exactly what you need, nothing more.
Yes. You can add stops before or during your trip. The app recalculates the fare in real time. Whether it's a quick errand, a detour to drop someone off, or a full multi-destination journey, Chauffit handles it seamlessly.
You track your driver's live location from the moment they're assigned. If there's a significant delay, contact support through the app; we'll offer a resolution including rebooking or a fare adjustment where applicable.
Yes. Cancellations before the driver arrives within a short window are free. A small fee may apply if the driver is already on their way. The full cancellation policy is shown in-app at time of cancellation.
Availability
Chauffit is launching soon in Gurgaon, Haryana. Until then, you can message us directly on WhatsApp (+91 87963 68595) to join the early access list. Delhi NCR expansion follows after the Gurgaon pilot.
For Drivers
Apply through the Chauffit driver registration page. You'll go through a license check on the VAHAN portal, a background verification, and an onboarding interview. Approved drivers are added to the platform and start receiving booking requests.
No. Chauffit drivers operate the customer's vehicle, not their own. You need a valid driving licence, a clean record, and the ability to navigate Gurgaon's roads. We provide the rest.
